# Rent plus every required fee

The listed rent leaves out fees every resident pays. Choose a tower and a home, then a lease length, cars and pets, and get the real monthly number.

## The math

We follow the daily method most leasing offices use. Monthly rent times 12, divided by 365, is the daily rent. A free week takes off 7 days of rent, a free month takes off 365 divided by 12 days, and the free days are spread over every month of the lease.

A one time amount off is spread over the lease. An amount off each month comes off every month.

Required fees come from the tower's own fee sheet or listing: amenity, trash, valet trash, pest, package lockers and the like. Electric and water depend on how you live, so the tower page lists them and this total leaves them out.

When a special says "up to" or "select homes", it may not cover the home you want. We ask the leasing office which homes it covers before you apply.
