    Is it right for you?

2811 Maple opened in summer 2025, the newest apartment tower in Uptown, and at 31 floors only Residences at Park District stands taller. Crescent, the company behind The Crescent next door, built it with four to seven homes a floor and a whole 2nd floor of amenities. Residents praise the staff by name. The few low reviews come from tours, and they say the finishes don't match the rent. Run your hand over the counters on the tour and decide for yourself.

    A good fit if

    • You want few homes per floor: four to seven homes a floor, and more than 60 percent are corners
    • You'd use a full amenity floor: pool with cabanas, gym, library and coffee bar, outdoor kitchen and dog park on the 2nd
    • You want to walk to dinner: Two Hands, Little Ruby's and Whole Foods are within about 5 minutes on foot

    Maybe not if

    • You want a published fee sheet up front: parking and community fees aren't posted, so we ask the office for them
    • You need an EV charging space: an applicant in August 2026 was told none were left
    • You want top finishes at this price: two 2026 tour reviews called the materials builder grade for the rent

Questions people ask about 2811 Maple

Who built and runs 2811 Maple?

Crescent Real Estate of Fort Worth, which owns The Crescent complex and two hotels nearby. It finished the tower in summer 2025 and owns it. The official site's footer links FirstService Residential's property management page. Richard Keating designed it with Dallas firm GFF.

What fees come on top of rent?

The property doesn't publish a fee sheet, and the floor plan map shows no fees. A February 2026 tour review lists parking, community fees and utilities on top of rent. We ask the leasing office for the current sheet before you apply. Go by the figures the office quotes.

    What's on the amenity floor?

The 2nd floor has the pool with cabanas and a fire pit, the gym, and a library and coffee bar. Then there's a catering kitchen with private dining and meeting rooms, study space, an outdoor kitchen and garden, and a yoga lawn. The site lists a pet spa and dog park, valet and a concierge.

    How big are the homes?

One to three bedrooms from 946 to 2,387 sq ft on the official FAQ, plus 12 penthouses that average about 2,300 sq ft. Below the penthouse floors there are four to seven homes per floor, and more than 60 percent are corners. Every home has a balcony, wood floors and a full size washer and dryer.

Is there parking and EV charging?

Yes, in an underground garage with valet. A February 2026 resident wrote that each resident gets a dedicated space. The site lists EV charging, but an applicant wrote in August 2026 that no EV charging spaces were open. If you drive electric, we ask about a charging space before you apply.

    Does 2811 Maple allow pets?

Yes, up to two pets per home, with breed restrictions the property doesn't publish. There's a pet spa and dog park in the building, and the Turtle Creek Parkway and Reverchon Park dog areas are about 9 minutes away on foot. Pet fees aren't posted.
