Special today: “Up to 6 Weeks Free”. Checked November 4, 2026. "Nearby, typical" is the middle rent for similar homes within 0.5 to 0.75 miles. The 3 bedroom listed is a 2,596 sq ft penthouse, so the nearby number for 3 bedrooms isn't a fair match.
Here the price climbs with the floor: higher homes cost more per square foot, size for size. Decide what a view is worth to you before you tour.

Maple Terrace is a 2024 Uptown amenity tower about 8 minutes on foot from Reverchon Park and the Katy Trail. It has a 6th floor pool terrace, saunas, a golf simulator and a rooftop event room. Required monthly fees start near $240. Residents in 2026 wrote about a water leak, Wi-Fi outages and fire alarms. And the tower is for sale.
Every written review we found on two sites.
“The views from the rooftop are stunning- great place to host a gathering.”
“Two days ago they decided to set an AC floor at 68-70 degrees for everyone, claiming that anything below that is too “cold”.”
“There has been a flood on the 15th floor and the water has trickled down the interior of the building flooding the 7th floor and some others.”
