Selene is a small, newer Uptown tower with big homes, Italian cabinetry and a full service lobby. Google reviews are nearly all 5 stars. But residents who stayed through 2024 and 2025 wrote about service cuts, low water pressure and elevator outages after staff turnover.

Game and event nights at the American Airlines Center. The arena's calendar lists 37 Mavericks home games, 32 Stars home games and 14 concerts and shows between November 2, 2026 and April 27, 2027, most starting between 6:30 and 8:30 PM and a few on weekend afternoons. On those nights Victory Park streets and garages fill up before the start, and traffic out of the area moves slowly after the final buzzer or encore. If you're touring or moving in on a weeknight, ask us to check the arena calendar first. The American Airlines Center is under a mile from this tower.

The fee calculator lists a reserved garage space for $125 a month when one is open, and the building has valet. It doesn't say whether a regular space comes with the rent, so we ask the office before you apply. A resident wrote in December 2025 that guest valet hours were cut in half and guests are told to park at The Crescent without validation.
A resident wrote in December 2024 that water pressure was low enough to clog toilets, after seven complaints in a year. A January 2026 review praised the water pressure, so it may be fixed. We ask the office before your tour.
Yes, two pets per home with no weight limit. Breed limits apply, and pets go through PetScreening. The fee calculator lists a $300 pet fee and $30 a month per pet. There's a dog run and dog wash, and Klyde Warren Park's dog park is about 11 minutes away on foot.
