        Is it right for you?

The Ashton is an older Uptown tower with 267 large homes. You get free valet, a 24 hour concierge, a heated infinity edge pool, a screening room and a wine room. Inside you get hardwood floors, quartz counters and built in wine storage, and more than one reviewer calls it unusually quiet for Cedar Springs Road. Sixty Vines is two minutes on foot, Whole Foods about ten. The finishes are the catch. Recent reviews call some of them dated, and at $2.68 a square foot for the cheapest one bedroom on October 31, 2026, you're paying for the space, not the kitchen.

        A good fit if

        • You want a big floor plan: the smallest one bedroom plan is 959 square feet, and 14 of the 19 Uptown towers with a one bedroom listed on October 31, 2026 had one under 850
        • You'd use free valet and a 24 hour concierge every day
        • You want Uptown on foot: Sixty Vines two minutes away, Whole Foods about ten, Klyde Warren Park about 11

        Maybe not if

        • You want to see fees up front: no monthly fee sheet is published
        • You want brand new finishes: recent reviews call some finishes dated
        • You want a big skyline view on a low floor: nearby office towers block downtown until you're higher up

Several reviews from 2021 to 2026, mostly from visitors and prospects, say the front desk and leasing office were curt or slow to call back. Residents rate the staff better than visitors do: 17 of the 25 reviews that mention the office are happy with it.

        Noise: busy

The street scores 66 out of 100 (higher is quieter), mostly from traffic. Cedar Springs Road and McKinney Avenue are busy at night, but reviewers describe the homes as unusually quiet.

        Police reports

281 reports in the last 12 months in this small area around the building. 62 were against a person. A typical area this size nearby has 52.

Keep our help free: on your first visit, tell the leasing team you're working with Dallas High Rise Apartments. On your application, choose "Locator" under "How did you hear about us?" and write our name.

On those nights Victory Park streets and garages fill up before the start, and traffic out of the area moves slowly after the final buzzer or encore. Questions people ask about The Ashton

Who owns and manages The Ashton?

Willow Bridge Property Company manages it. Sentinel Real Estate owned it from 2006, and Invesco Real Estate bought it in 2013, the Dallas Morning News reported. CBRE marketed it for sale in 2019, and we haven't confirmed who owns it now.

What fees come on top of rent?

The property doesn't publish a fee sheet, which is unusual for a tower at this rent. Zillow lists a $500 pet fee, $35 a month in pet rent and a $250 pet deposit. We get the full fee sheet from the office before you apply, so you're not reading it for the first time at signing. Go by the figures the leasing office quotes.

        How does parking work?

Valet is free, and there's a garage with private garages for rent. Nobody publishes what a private garage costs, so we ask the office for you before you tour.

        Does The Ashton allow pets?

Yes, up to two, per Zillow, and Willow Bridge lists pets of all sizes. There's a pet park with a water fountain.

        How big are the homes?

Big for Uptown. The smallest one bedroom plan is 959 square feet, and the one bedrooms listed in late October 2026 ran from 1,108 to 1,337. The penthouses include one and two story homes with wraparound terraces and ceilings up to 20 feet, the site says.

        Where's the pool?
