Is it right for you?
Brady is a 2015 Uptown tower with about 300 homes, a pool on the roof of its lower wing and a concierge. Its courtyard opens onto the Katy Trail. A new owner renovated the lobby, gym, pool and courtyard through most of 2026. Residents praise the staff who stayed. A run of 2026 reviews complain about the construction, car break ins and the trail gate that came down during the work. The building you'd tour now is further along than those spring reviews describe, but check the gate yourself.
A good fit if
You want the Katy Trail out the back door and Two Hands about five minutes away on foot
You'd use a freshly renovated gym and pool with views over Uptown
You want a concierge and a staff that many residents say has stayed through the changes
Maybe not if
You want a quiet, settled building now: renovation work ran most of 2026
You want a gated courtyard: the trail gate was removed during the work and isn't back yet, residents say
You want low fees: a $150 amenity fee plus trash and pest control come every month, per the site

What fees come on top of rent?
The official site, read October 30, 2026, lists a $150 amenity fee, $35 trash and $5 pest control every month. A resident wrote in August 2026 that the amenity fee rose from $50 to $75, so we ask for the current figure. Go by what the leasing office quotes. The application fee is $125 and the admin fee $350.
How does parking work?
The site lists parking at $25 a month, reserved spaces at $100 and reserved garages at $275, with the rest first come, first served. EV spaces are first come too.
Is the renovation finished?
Mostly. Reviews say work on the lobby, gym, pool and courtyard ran from about February 2026. An October 2026 review says it's done, with the Katy Trail gate set to go back up within weeks. We ask whether the gate is back the day you tour.
Does Brady allow pets?
Yes. Listing sites show a two pet limit, a $350 pet fee and $25 a month in pet rent, and one lists a 75 pound limit with breed rules. The site doesn't publish its policy, so we ask the property about your pet for you.
How close is the Katy Trail?
Right behind the building. The courtyard opens onto the trail, and Turtle Creek Parkway Park is about three minutes away on foot.
