Is it right for you?
MIRO is a small Uptown tower, 180 homes on nine floors above a garage, about 4 minutes on foot from Klyde Warren Park. Its sixth floor pool deck looks at the downtown skyline. Recent reviews are mostly 5 stars and praise the maintenance team by name. The steady complaints are paid parking, car break ins in the garage and noise on the courtyard side.
A good fit if
You want Klyde Warren Park and the AAC on foot: the park is about 4 minutes away and Tom Thumb about 5
You want a small building with a staff that knows you: 180 homes, a concierge and a maintenance team residents name in review after review
You want skyline views from the pool: the sixth floor deck faces the downtown towers
Maybe not if
You want parking with the rent: every leaseholder pays a parking charge, a garage space costs more and guests pay too
You want a quiet courtyard home: residents say weekend pool noise carries to homes facing the courtyard
You want a big gym or a hot tub: residents call the gym small, and there's no hot tub

Noise: busy
The street scores 66 out of 100 (higher is quieter), mostly from traffic. The street noise score is busy, with Woodall Rodgers and Uptown nightlife nearby. Courtyard homes hear the pool on weekends.
Flood risk: low
FEMA puts this address outside its high risk flood area. Renters insurance doesn't cover floods, cars in the garage included.
Police reports
403 reports in the last 12 months in this small area around the building. 85 were against a person. A typical area this size nearby has 52.

Event nights nearby
Game and event nights at the American Airlines Center. The arena's calendar lists 37 Mavericks home games, 32 Stars home games and 14 concerts and shows between November 2, 2026 and April 27, 2027, most starting between 6:30 and 8:30 PM and a few on weekend afternoons. On those nights Victory Park streets and garages fill up before the start, and traffic out of the area moves slowly after the final buzzer or encore. If you're touring or moving in on a weeknight, ask us to check the arena calendar first. The American Airlines Center is under a mile from this tower.

Greystar. Residents have named Greystar as manager since at least 2020, and the official site carries its logo. The tower opened in 2016 with 180 homes on top of an existing garage. Residents mention a new manager on site in late 2025.
What fees come on top of rent?
The fee table the community gives Apartments.com, checked October 30, 2026, lists five monthly charges. They're $25 trash, a $3 trash admin fee, a $30 amenity fee, $5 pest control and a $25 parking charge per leaseholder. A garage space is $75 a month more. Water is billed by use, and you set up electric and internet yourself. Applying costs $85 per applicant plus a $250 admin fee, and the deposit is $125 to $250 by floor plan.
How does guest parking work?
Guests check in at the lobby concierge and park in the garage. Since Sugar Factory opened downstairs in 2022, residents have written about paying for guest parking. A September 2023 review says it's $2 per car every 24 hours. We get the current guest rules from the office before you sign.
Which side of the building is quieter?
Homes facing the street. A 2024 resident wrote that weekend pool noise and late balcony talk carry to homes facing the courtyard. A 2020 resident near the sixth floor pool door said summer weekends got rowdy. Homes start on the 6th floor, the same level as the pool deck.
Is the garage safe?
Car break ins in the garage come up in reviews from 2019 to 2024, including broken windows in 2024. Recent residents say the garage is well lit, and we'd still leave nothing in the car. Elevators run from the garage to your floor, and key fobs only open your own floor.
Does MIRO allow pets?
Yes, up to two pets. The site lists a $400 pet fee and $20 a month pet rent per pet, with no pet deposit. Apartments.com adds a 75 lb limit and a breed policy. There's a dog run on the sixth floor deck and a dog park about 7 minutes away on foot.
