Is it right for you?
One Dallas Center's apartments fill the top floors of a diamond shaped I.M. Pei tower. There's a 30th floor gym and lounge, and a DART station outside. The catch is the elevators. In reviews from 2022 to 2026, residents write about long waits, or taking the stairs when cars are out.
A good fit if
You want a DART rail station at the door: St. Paul Station is on Bryan Street, right outside
You'd use a 30th floor gym, spin studio and sky lounge with views over downtown
You want wide downtown views from a tall floor, with Sonos speakers and a washer and dryer in every home
Maybe not if
You need elevators you can count on: residents wrote about cars out for months in 2023, 2024 and 2026
You want free guest parking: visitors pay, and reviews mention guests and delivery drivers being towed
You want a quiet walk home at night: reviews from 2022 to 2025 mention people sleeping near the back entrance and garage

Street conditions
Reviews from 2022 to 2026 mention people sleeping near the back entrance and in the garage elevator, and ask for more security after hours. Dallas 311 has logged two reports since 2021 of people camping at the address.
Noise: active
The street scores 68 out of 100 (higher is quieter), mostly from traffic. Downtown traffic and the DART line on Bryan Street are close by. A 29th floor resident wrote in 2017 that gym noise from the 30th floor carried down early and late.

Game and event nights at the American Airlines Center. On those nights Victory Park streets and garages fill up before the start, and traffic out of the area moves slowly after the final buzzer or encore. Price per square foot of the cheapest home of each size, today.
Often not, going by reviews. Residents wrote in 2023 that cars had been out for about five months. In January 2024 a resident said some hadn't worked in nine months, and in June 2026 another said elevators had been broken for four months. A May 2025 review said new management got all three passenger cars running. A July 2026 visitor had a tour moved when one was out. The building shares its elevators and garage with the offices below. We ask the office which cars are running before your tour.
What fees come on top of rent?
Apartments.com, checked in October 2026, lists $60 a month in required fees: $20 trash, a $35 amenity fee and $5 pest control. Water and electric are billed by use. Garage parking is $100 a month per car. To apply, it's $85 per applicant and a $250 admin fee. The deposit is $350 for a studio or one bedroom and $550 for two or three bedrooms. We haven't found the property's own fee sheet, so we confirm these with the office before you apply. The office's figures are the ones that count.
Who manages One Dallas Center?
Willow Bridge Property Company, since about March 2024, judging by the replies on Google. Lincoln Property Company ran it from September 2017, and ZRS before that. The offices on the lower floors have a separate owner. That owner's half of the tower was posted for a foreclosure auction in September 2025.
Where do guests park?
There's no free guest parking. Residents wrote from 2017 to 2025 that visitors pay to park, and some say delivery drivers and visitors were towed. Plan on paid parking nearby for guests.
Does One Dallas Center allow pets?
Yes, up to two. Apartments.com lists a $500 fee and $20 a month per pet, with breed restrictions for dogs. There's a dog park on site, and Main Street Garden's dog run is about five minutes away. Several reviews complain about dog waste in the halls, elevators and dog park.
How close is the train?
DART's St. Paul Station is on Bryan Street right outside the building, and the property lists direct access to DART among its amenities.
