Is Uptown by Onni the same building as The Jordan?
Yes. StreetLights Residential built it as The Jordan, and Windsor ran it as The Jordan by Windsor until early 2026, when Onni Group took over and renamed it. Reviews from March 2026 on describe the change. The concierge team stayed on, residents say, and residents who renew name that team as the reason.
What fees come on top of rent?
Onni doesn't publish a fee sheet, and the listing sites we checked print no amounts. Water and sewer have been billed by a third party, a 2023 resident wrote. We get the current fee sheet, including parking and pet fees, before you apply.
Are the elevators reliable?
It's the most common complaint. Two elevators serve 23 floors, and reviews from 2018 to 2025 describe one out for months at a time. In July 2026 two residents wrote that one had been out for over a month, with morning waits over 8 minutes. We check that both cars are running before your tour. With two cars for 23 floors there's no spare, so a high floor here is a bet on the maintenance contract.
What happened in February 2024?
Residents wrote that on February 14, 2024 a body was found in the trash chute area and there was a trash chute fire the same day. A 2025 resident said it wasn't disclosed when they signed their lease. We didn't find a news report to add detail.
Where's the pool, and what else is in the building?
The heated pool and sun decks are on the 7th floor amenity deck, per the developer. The building has a gym with a cycling studio, a resident lounge and bar, a conference room, a ground floor courtyard with a fireplace and a dog park. The concierge desk is staffed 24 hours.
Does Uptown by Onni allow pets?
Yes, and it has a dog park. Pet limits and fees aren't published, so we check your pet's breed and the fees before you apply. My Best Friend's Park, a dog park, is about 6 minutes away on foot.
