Is it right for you?
Aster is a Turtle Creek tower with a pool deck, a rooftop terrace and a two story gym. The creek trail and Oak Lawn's restaurants are about 6 minutes away on foot. Most reviews are 5 stars. The gripes are noise from the 4th floor deck on low floors facing downtown, and the Love Field flight path overhead. If you sleep lightly, we'd start above the deck on the Turtle Creek side.
A good fit if
You want the Turtle Creek trail about 6 minutes away on foot, with Oak Lawn's restaurants just as close
You'd use a rooftop terrace, a two story gym and a golf simulator lounge
You want parking included: one garage space per leaseholder comes with the rent, per the fee data
Maybe not if
You want a quiet low floor facing downtown: those homes hear the 4th floor pool and event space
You want quiet skies: a 2024 resident wrote that the tower sits under the Love Field flight path
You want low monthly fees: required fees run $129.15 a month on top of rent (October 2026)

Does Aster allow pets?
Yes, up to two pets, with a $500 fee and $30 a month per pet, per the October 2026 fee data. Breed rules aren't published, so we ask the property about your pet before you apply. There's a pet spa, and the Turtle Creek off leash area is about 6 minutes away on foot.
