Height here doesn't set the price as much as you'd expect. The same plan can cost more on a lower floor than a higher one, so compare homes, not plans.

The property lists no fixed monthly fees on top of rent.

SkyHouse Frisco Station was the tallest building in Frisco when it opened in 2019. Its rooftop pool and 25th floor terrace look across the tollway to The Star. Reviews were rough in 2024 and 2025: towed guests, broken garage gates and pests. Reviews from 2026 say a new manager has turned things around.
Every written review we found on Google.
“The new management is friendly and very approachable.”
“Guests are left with nowhere to park and then threatened with towing.”
“Recently, the parking garage door fell on our car and damaged it.”
