The price of a higher floor
Same 2 bedroom floor plan, one floor higher: about $5 more a month. Floor 1 to floor 11 adds up to about $50.
9 available homes from floor 1 to 11, each against the middle of its own floor plan, from −$105 to +$50.
Each dot is one available home, placed by how far its rent sits above or below the middle of its own floor plan. The dashed line is the floor premium.
Based on 9 available homes in 2 floor plans, each compared only with homes of its own plan, so size never passes for height. Asking rents as of November 4, 2026.

Is it right for you?
Remi is the 1998 tower on Ivan Street with a private gate onto the Katy Trail. Knightvest bought it in 2025, renamed it from SKYE of Turtle Creek and is renovating it. Homes run large for Uptown. Reviews have turned warmer under the new manager. Parking has been the complaint under every owner.
A good fit if
You want the Katy Trail at your gate: the building has its own trail entrance
You want room: one to three bedroom homes from 843 to 1,511 sq ft, with full size washers and dryers
You want short lease options: terms run from 3 to 15 months
Maybe not if
You need easy parking: unreserved garage spaces run out at night, residents say, and reserved spaces cost extra
You want quiet days at home now: renovation work has run into the evening in 2025, reviews say
You want fewer fees: the fee table lists $114.25 a month on top of rent, plus water and sewer

Reviews from 2014 to 2026 describe too few unreserved spaces, tight stalls and towing.
Water and elevators
Burst pipes flooded homes and halls several times from May to July 2021 and again in 2022, with elevators down for weeks.
Noise: busy
The street scores 63 out of 100 (higher is quieter), mostly from traffic. The Dallas North Tollway runs nearby, set back behind a strip of green, a 2014 review says. Reviews from 2025 name renovation noise as the bigger issue.
Flood risk: low
FEMA puts this address outside its high risk flood area. Renters insurance doesn't cover floods, cars in the garage included.
Police reports
256 reports in the last 12 months in this small area around the building. 36 were against a person. A typical area this size nearby has 54.

Event nights nearby
Game and event nights at the American Airlines Center. The arena's calendar lists 37 Mavericks home games, 32 Stars home games and 14 concerts and shows between November 2, 2026 and April 27, 2027, most starting between 6:30 and 8:30 PM and a few on weekend afternoons. On those nights Victory Park streets and garages fill up before the start, and traffic out of the area moves slowly after the final buzzer or encore. If you're touring or moving in on a weeknight, ask us to check the arena calendar first. The American Airlines Center is under a mile from this tower.
Yes. It's the same 1998 tower, called Windsor at Turtle Creek until about 2015 and SKYE of Turtle Creek after that. Knightvest bought it in early 2025, renamed it Remi and began renovating homes and common areas.
How bad is parking?
It's the top complaint in reviews from 2014 to 2026. Unreserved garage spaces are first come, first served and residents say they run out at night. A reserved space is $75 a month. Guests register and use visitor spaces, and a group of July 2024 reviews complained about guest towing.
What fees come on top of rent?
The fee table on Apartments.com lists $114.25 a month in fixed fees. That's a $35 technology package, $35 trash, $22 property protection, a $10 rent billing fee, $5 pest control and $7.25 in small utility admin fees. Water, sewer and stormwater are billed by use, and you set up electric in your name. To apply, it's $50.72 per applicant and a $257.55 admin fee.
Is the building being renovated?
Yes. Since 2025 Knightvest has redone the pool, trail entrance, gym and lobby and is renovating homes as they turn over. Reviews from 2025 mention construction noise into the evening. Reviews from 2026 like the results.
Does Remi allow pets?
Yes, up to two, with a list of restricted breeds that includes pit bulls, German shepherds, huskies and Great Danes. Apartments.com shows a $400 fee and $35 a month per pet. There's an off leash dog park, the Katy Trail is at the gate and Reverchon Park is about five minutes away.
Are the elevators reliable?
Better than in 2021, when burst pipes left one car working for weeks. But a September 2026 resident says at least one elevator is often out.
