Katy Trail Uptown is a newer 14 floor tower with 216 homes. The fifth floor has a pool deck facing downtown, a gym and coworking rooms, and a clubhouse lounge sits on the top floor. The lobby and a porch open right onto the Katy Trail, which is the whole point of the building. Recent reviews praise the office and maintenance teams. The low reviews are about car and home break ins in 2023 and 2024, and about homes on the Central Expressway side that hear the highway.

Apartments.com, read October 30, 2026, lists $60 for internet, $25 trash, a $25 package fee, $5 pest control and a $5.50 billing fee each month. Water, sewer and gas are billed by use. The application fee is $50 and the admin fee $150. The property doesn't publish its own fee sheet, so we ask the office about each one. Go by the figures the leasing office quotes.
It's the main complaint. Residents wrote about car and home break ins in early 2023 and late 2024. Reviews mention a garage gate left broken and a guard replaced by remote cameras in 2024. Recent reviews mention it less. We ask the office what's in place now before you tour.

The pool deck, gym, coworking and conference rooms are on the fifth floor, according to the design firm BKV Group. A clubhouse lounge with a fireplace and private dining is on the 14th, and the lobby has a piano lounge and a porch over the trail.
Apartments.com lists 10 am to 6 pm on weekdays and 10 am to 5 pm Saturday, closed Sunday.
