Three buildings of 15 and 20 floors on Park Lane, across from Whole Foods and about 10 minutes on foot from NorthPark. Until 2026 it was The Heights at Park Lane. Dinerstein bought the community in early 2026 and renamed it.

Is it right for you?
Aspire Park Lane is a three building community with two infinity pools, about 5 minutes on foot from Whole Foods and the Park Lane shops. In 2025, reviews were mostly about elevator outages that lasted months. Since Dinerstein bought it in early 2026, most reviews are 5 stars, though eleven of them landed on one day that May and pad the number. Ask which of the three buildings a home is in before you fall for the floor plan. The 2025 outage was in one tower, not all three.
A good fit if
You want groceries and dinner on foot: Whole Foods about 5 minutes away, Eataly about 10
You'd use two infinity edge pools, a 24 hour gym and a lounge with billiards
You want tall ceilings and big windows: 9 to 14 foot ceilings and floor to ceiling glass
Maybe not if
You need dependable elevators: both main elevators in a tower were out for weeks in March 2025
You want every fee up front: the HOA, amenity, trash and pest fees aren't published
You want a dog park on site: a 2025 resident wrote it was removed

Walking minutes from the front door. Whole Foods is about 5 minutes away on foot, Kona Grill about 7 and Eataly about 10.

Garage thefts
Car thefts and break ins in the residents' garage come up in reviews from 2023 to July 2025.

The street scores 65 out of 100 (higher is quieter), mostly from traffic. The street noise score is busy. Park Lane runs along the south side, and Central Expressway is to the west, past the Park Lane shops.
Flood risk: low
FEMA puts this address outside its high risk flood area. Renters insurance doesn't cover floods, cars in the garage included.

Is Aspire Park Lane the same as The Heights at Park Lane?
Yes. Dinerstein Companies bought The Heights at Park Lane from Sares Regis in early 2026 and renamed it Aspire Park Lane. It's three buildings of 15 and 20 floors with 325 homes. The office, pools and garage are shared, and the site lists homes in the Towers, the Flats and the Grand Residences.
What fees come on top of rent?
The property's FAQ, read October 30, 2026, lists HOA, amenity, trash and pest control fees, utilities and optional reserved parking, with no amounts. Electric is yours to set up, and water and sewer are billed with rent. Applying costs $100, the deposit runs from $250 up to one month's rent, and there's an admin fee. We ask for the full fee sheet before you apply.
Are the elevators fixed?
In March 2025 residents wrote that both main elevators in one tower had been out for weeks, after one had been out about six months. The city logged code complaints that week. A June 2026 resident still waited up to 10 minutes for an elevator. Which building a home is in matters here, since the 2025 outage was in one tower. We ask how its elevators have been running before your tour.
Has the new owner changed things?
Most reviews since February 2026 thank the new management for upgrades and quicker maintenance, and praise the manager, Hannah. Eleven 5 star reviews came on one day, May 27, 2026. A resident wrote in August 2026 about plumbing problems, and one in October 2026 about dirty garage entrances and warm hallways.
What is the parking like?
Residents park in an enclosed gated garage, and reserved spaces cost extra. Guests park at street level or in the retail garages. Car thefts and break ins in the residents' garage came up in reviews from 2023 to July 2025.
Does Aspire Park Lane allow pets?
Yes. Pet limits and fees aren't published, so we ask the property about your pet's breed and the fees before you apply. A 2025 resident wrote that the on site dog park had been taken out. Dogtopia's daycare is about 3 minutes away on foot.
