Height here doesn't set the price as much as you'd expect. The same plan can cost more on a lower floor than a higher one, so compare homes, not plans.
76 available homes, November 4, 2026. Lowest rent on a 12 to 15 month lease, before the special.
Every home here pays $178.95 a month in fees on top of rent. Totals are for the lowest priced home of each size.
On top of that: parking from $50 a month if you have a car, renters insurance, and utilities. Utility bills depend on how much you use.
FAQ: "residents are automatically enrolled in the Resident Liability Program at $15 per month"; you can opt out by showing your own renters insurance policy. Apartments.com lists the same $15 / mo.

Modera St. Paul is a 2025 Downtown tower with a long amenity list: a seventh floor pool, a rooftop sky lounge, an arcade, a karaoke room and podcast studios. Harwood Park is about 5 minutes away on foot. Many of the 5 star reviews describe a tour, not living here. Residents mostly complain about parking: paid resident spaces, hourly guest parking since July 2026 and rules that keep changing.
Every written review we found on Google.
“it is removed enough from Main St to avoid the noise, yet remains a short walk to local restaurants.”
“Maintenance is quick to respond and calls you before entering property.”
“the parking policy for guests is pretty absurd.”
The light part of each bar is the share that liked it.
