Is it right for you?
Nove at Knox is a 2021 tower with 310 homes, a pool deck with cabanas and a pool bar, and a ground level dog park. Every home has a full size washer and dryer and floor to ceiling windows. Trader Joe's and the Knox Street restaurants are about five minutes away on foot. Reviews from residents read rougher than the star average: long elevator outages in 2024 and 2025, and staff turnover after the 2021 sale.
A good fit if
You want Knox Street on foot: Trader Joe's, coffee and dinner are five to seven minutes away
You'd use a pool deck with cabanas and a bar and a ground level dog park with a grooming station
You want a washer and dryer and custom closets in every home, with floor to ceiling windows
Maybe not if
You need reliable elevators: residents describe one or two of three cars working for months in 2024 and 2025
You want low fees: eight required monthly fees add $163.75 before electric and water, and garage spaces are extra
You want a quiet home: Central Expressway runs right beside the tower

Tour reviews lift the average
Most of the 5 star Google reviews come from tours, often several on one day naming one leasing agent. Reviews from residents are more mixed.
Noise: busy
The street scores 59 out of 100 (higher is quieter), mostly from traffic. The tower sits right beside North Central Expressway, and a resident wrote that the highway side is loud. A neighbor's review says the fire alarms go off often, sometimes late at night.
Flood risk: low
FEMA puts this address outside its high risk flood area. Renters insurance doesn't cover floods, cars in the garage included.
Police reports

What fees come on top of rent?
The fee guide on the official site, checked October 30, 2026, lists eight required monthly fees. They add up to $163.75: a $95 amenity fee, $35 trash, a $16.75 boiler fee, $5 pest control and four $3 admin fees. Electric, water and sewer are billed by use. The application fee is $100 and the admin fee $350.
How does parking work?
There's a controlled access garage. The fee guide lists reserved spaces at $75, $100 and $150 a month, tandem spaces at $125 and private garages at $400. Penthouses come with two reserved spaces. Reviews mention few guest spaces.
Does Nove at Knox allow pets?
Yes. The fee guide lists a $500 pet fee, $30 a month in pet rent and a $30 yearly pet screening. Rent.com lists a two pet limit, 60 pounds per pet and breed limits. There's a dog park on the ground level and a grooming station.
Have the elevators been fixed?
We don't know yet. Residents wrote in early 2025 that only one or two of the three elevators had worked for months, starting in November 2024. We haven't seen a 2026 review about them. We ask the office before you tour.
How close is Knox Street?
Close. Trader Joe's is about five minutes on foot, Mister Charles about seven, and Cochran Park's dog park about eight.
